Super Technologies Adds GameScanner Risk Monitoring Across 6 Markets

In its September 9 announcement, Mindway AI said GameScanner uses AI, neuroscience and human expert assessment to identify changes in gambling behavior and flag risk earlier. The supplier says its technology now has a footprint across 73 jurisdictions.
The same monitoring system will now operate across six markets with different rules on player protection, intervention and responsible gambling.
GameScanner Moves Risk Checks Earlier in the Player Journey
GameScanner continuously analyzes behavioral patterns and builds individual risk profiles rather than waiting for a player to self-identify a problem or for a single limit to be breached. Mindway describes the system as an early-detection tool that gives compliance teams information behind each risk flag.
Super said the rollout is intended to move player protection toward earlier intervention. The technology is being integrated with Super’s existing framework, which includes a dedicated responsible gaming team, player-controlled tools and responsible gaming training for staff.
The rollout follows Superbet Group’s rebrand as Super Technologies in December 2025. Superbet remains the betting brand, with Super Technologies as the parent company.
Brazil Already Requires Behavioral Monitoring
In Brazil, the rollout overlaps directly with an existing regulatory duty. Ordinance SPA/MF No. 1,231/2024 requires licensed betting operators to identify player profiles and monitor their gambling behavior for signs of gambling-related harm.
The Brazilian framework also covers self-exclusion, player limits and intervention when risky behavior is identified. It does not require operators to use Mindway or AI specifically, but GameScanner gives Super another way to carry out the monitoring.
Requirements are less uniform across the other five markets. Poland requires licensed bookmakers to follow responsible gambling rules and report player activity data. Competition regulator UOKiK added another layer in August when it opened a review of betting operators, including platform features that may encourage more frequent play or make stopping more difficult.
Mindway already has a link with the regulator in Greece. The Hellenic Gaming Commission added the supplier’s Gamalyze tool to its responsible gaming website in 2025.
Serbia, meanwhile, introduced centralized online self-exclusion in 2025. Operators must share exclusion information with the Games of Chance Administration and close access for affected players under the new rules.
Belgium and Romania also impose responsible gambling controls, but the rules reviewed for this story do not prescribe continuous AI-based scoring.
One GameScanner Rollout for Six Markets
Super is using the same GameScanner system in Brazil, Belgium, Romania, Poland, Greece and Serbia, even though the regulatory requirements behind it differ by country.
The software tracks changes in player behavior and assigns risk scores for compliance teams to review. Any follow-up still depends on the case and the local market, including contact with the player, limits or self-exclusion measures.
Mindway says its technology is present in 73 jurisdictions. The latest deployment brings Super’s six operating markets onto the same monitoring setup.
