OpenBet to Buy OmniLogic, Adding Platform Built for 30,000+ Transactions a Minute

OpenBet has agreed to acquire Hungarian sportsbook technology provider OmniLogic. The deal adds a sportsbook platform built for regulated lotteries and other operators across retail, online and mobile channels.

The purchase price was not disclosed in the announcement. OpenBet expects the transaction to close before the end of 2026, subject to regulatory approval.

OmniLogic has worked with regulated lotteries and World Lottery Association members for more than a decade. Its sportsbook technology is used across retail, online and mobile channels.

The company’s team in Hungary will move into OpenBet once the deal is completed.

OmniLogic Lists 30,000+ Transactions Per Minute

There is another number on OmniLogic’s own website. Its Advanced Betting Platform is rated for more than 30,000 transactions per minute. By 15M’s calculation, that is over 500 per second.

The system is already in use with several WLA members, according to the company. It covers retail and online betting, with live betting, cashout and bet builder included in the platform.

OmniLogic also provides trading and risk tools. Operators can connect outside feeds and other services through its API rather than relying only on the company’s own setup.

The Team Will Move Into OpenBet

The transaction includes OmniLogic’s sportsbook specialists in Hungary. They are expected to join OpenBet after closing.

For OpenBet, this is not a move into a completely new customer segment. The company already works with national lotteries and other regulated operators. The World Lottery Association says OpenBet powers more than 10 WLA and European Lotteries members, including BCLC, Loto-Québec, Danske Spil, Nederlandse Loterij, Sazka and OPAP.

What OmniLogic brings is a sportsbook platform built around that same market, plus an existing operator base. Closing is expected before the end of 2026, subject to the required approvals.
