Stars Partners Replaces Late-Claim Rule With Commission Cancellation

The current agreement gives Elevare Marketing Limited, the Hong Kong company operating Stars Partners, discretion to cancel a commission if the affiliate has neither requested payment nor submitted an invoice. The cancelled amount can no longer be claimed.
RevShare Balances Must Exceed €500
Clause 6.2 sets the RevShare payout threshold above €500. Smaller balances roll over each month until they qualify for payment. The program’s FAQ gives a different figure: €100. Both amounts remain published on the Stars Partners website. The discrepancy also matters when comparing iGaming affiliate programs by their payout terms.
For a partner with €400 in accumulated RevShare earnings, the contractual payment threshold has yet to be met. The new six-month period runs from the date a commission becomes payable, rather than the month in which the earnings were generated.
Invoices must also come from the email address registered with the program. Clause 2.19 requires three business days’ notice before changing that address.
May Contract Allowed Payment After a Late Claim
The May 11, 2026 Wayback Machine capture contains a different six-month provision. Clause 6.2.1 allowed Elevare Marketing Limited to pay a commission claimed more than six months after it arose. The company could take another six months following the request and settle the amount in one payment or several installments.
That provision has been removed. The current section 6.15 gives Elevare the right to cancel an unclaimed commission and any associated invoice.
The archived agreement was labelled Version 1.0, effective October 22, 2025. It already included the €500 RevShare threshold. The cancellation clause appeared after the May 11 capture; the current document carries no publication date.
