Okada Play Exceeds PHP100M in October GGR on PhilWeb Platform

Okada Play Exceeds PHP100M in October GGR on PhilWeb Platform
Okada Play has crossed PHP100 million (about $1.58 million) in monthly gross gaming revenue, less than six months after its commercial launch. The October result gives PhilWeb, the technology provider behind the online casino, a useful benchmark for its business with other Philippine gaming operators.

Daily active users also exceeded 100,000. PhilWeb and Okada Manila operator Tiger Resort, Leisure and Entertainment Inc. reported approximately 50% month-on-month growth in a November 4 stock exchange filing. The announcement provided neither an exact October GGR figure nor September’s total.

The dollar equivalent is based on the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas exchange rate of PHP63.491 per US dollar on November 4, 2026.

Six Months on PhilWeb’s Platform

Okada Play launched commercially on May 13. Its gaming catalogue now contains more than 4,000 titles supplied by over 20 content providers through PhilWeb’s Online Gaming Platform (OGP).

PhilWeb handles the underlying technology, content aggregation and service infrastructure. Tiger Resort operates Okada Manila and the associated online gaming brand.

PhilWeb is also pursuing growth beyond the Okada Play partnership. The company expects other platforms serving its operator partners to potentially reach PHP100 million (about $1.58 million) in monthly GGR before the end of 2026, according to Daily Tribune.

That remains a projection. No individual partner was identified as the next to reach the threshold.

The Missing Figure in PhilWeb’s Growth Story

The PHP100 million milestone reflects gaming activity at Okada Play. GGR measures player wagers minus winnings paid out, before operating costs and other deductions.

How much of that activity translates into revenue for PhilWeb remains unclear. The company’s fees and revenue-sharing terms with Okada Manila are undisclosed, making it difficult to assess the partnership’s contribution to PhilWeb’s October revenue.

There is also a second line of expansion to consider. In October, 15M reported on JKS Tech Solutions’ MegaWin distribution agreement. PhilWeb plans to acquire a 30% interest in JKS, whose deal covers game distribution to licensed operators.

The JKS arrangement is separate from the Okada Play partnership. One involves content distribution through JKS; the other puts PhilWeb’s broader platform and service infrastructure behind an established casino brand.

Okada Play has now demonstrated monthly GGR above PHP100 million. Whether other partners can follow, and what those volumes will contribute to PhilWeb’s revenue, has yet to be established.
