Casino Plus Puts PAGCOR Helpline Inside Player Support
Casino Plus has added PAGCOR’s 24-hour problem gambling helpline to its digital platform. The update brings official support tools closer to players and families who may need help.

Casino Plus is promoting the availability of the National Problem Gambling Helpline across its digital platforms. The operator has added the PAGCOR-backed helpline to its Help Center page, website footer and mobile app. The contact number is (02) 8248-9568.

Help Moves Into the User Journey

The platform update was completed on June 15. The company did not announce any changes to its gaming portfolio. This upgrade is intended to increase visibility of assistance within the same environment that players use for their accounts and customer service inquiries.

This improvement removes one of the obstacles for players. They won’t have to go outside of the platform in search of the government-supported hotline.

PAGCOR Line Adds Counseling Support

The National Problem Gambling Helpline was rolled out by PAGCOR on May 26 as an initiative under its program for responsible gaming and player protection. The helpline operates around the clock. It works through a partnership with the Seagulls Flock Organization Inc., which offers the services of para-counselors and mental health experts.

The helpline is intended for people experiencing gambling-related harm. It is also available to families of people struggling with gambling problems.

Some of the forms of support offered include counseling, psychological help, triage, and referrals. PAGCOR said crisis cases would follow established referral protocols.

Self-Exclusion Tools Gain Visibility

Casino Plus has also included the helpline as part of the safer gaming resources of PAGCOR.

These include having access to the responsible gaming page of the regulator, the online application for self-exclusion, the self-exclusion form, the family exclusion form, and licensee-emanating exclusion form. This turns the Help Center into a central point for player-protection tools.

The methods of protection apply to actions taken by players themselves, family members, or the licensee. This is critical when it comes to online gambling. Support options may exist, but they can be hard to find when a person is under stress.

A Practical Step for Philippine Online Gaming

According to the CEO of Casino Plus, Evan Spytma, responsible gaming involves people more than systems and policies. Spytma’s remarks give context to the update on the ongoing discussions on how online companies should handle gambling-related harm.

As digital gaming remains under closer public and regulatory attention in the Philippines, safer play mechanisms are becoming part of operator credibility. The helpline and exclusion tools should not sit behind hard-to-find pages. They need to appear where players already manage accounts, support requests, and limits. Casino Plus has taken that route here, and a similar placement may become the expected standard for licensed platforms in the Philippines.
