JKS Signs MegaWin Deal for Philippine Gaming Operators

PhilWeb disclosed the agreement on October 16, as reported by Daily Tribune. JKS will host the games and provide the API connections used by Philippine operators. MegaWin supplies mobile slots, fishing games and other casino content. Local operators will be able to use JKS infrastructure to make the games available on their platforms.
The Q4 launch still requires regulatory approvals and commercial arrangements with operators. PhilWeb has mentioned Okada Manila, Hann Online and NUSTAR Online among its existing business partners. The company has yet to identify which operators will receive MegaWin content first.
July Agreements Were Signed Directly by PhilWeb
There were two earlier supplier announcements. PhilWeb signed with Pragmatic Play on July 9, followed by Games Global on July 24. Both agreements originally targeted a third-quarter rollout.
A comparison of the announcements shows a change in the contracting party. Pragmatic Play and Games Global signed with PhilWeb. MegaWin signed with JKS, whose planned ownership structure includes PhilWeb.
Supplier Growth Without Revenue Figures
The three supplier agreements were announced over roughly three months. The October disclosure gives no updated launch figures for the two July deals.
There is also no revenue forecast for MegaWin. PhilWeb has not disclosed the fees JKS expects to earn from hosting and distributing the games. Its planned 30% stake in JKS gives investors a link to the business, but not enough information to estimate the financial return from this particular agreement.
