Superbet Adds Olympiacos BC to Its Greek Sports Portfolio

According to Olympiacos, Superbet will become its main sponsor under a six-year deal. The agreement was officially presented on July 8, just five days after its first announcement.
Six-Year Deal Reaches Europe’s Champions
The club’s president, Giorgos Angelopoulos, referred to this deal as perhaps the biggest sponsorship agreement in the history of Greek sports. In addition, he said that talks began before Olympiacos won the 2026 EuroLeague title.
Olympiacos defeated Real Madrid 92-85 in May to win its fourth EuroLeague title. The club also won the 2025–26 Greek League title, completing a European and domestic double. This way, Superbet gets immediate exposure at Olympiacos home games and throughout the EuroLeague season.
Reported Values Remain Unconfirmed
Neither Superbet nor Olympiacos disclosed the financial terms. Eurohoops reported in March that the deal could be worth €43 million and run until 2033. Sport24 separately placed its potential six-year value at €55 million, including bonuses. The official announcement confirms a six-year term through 2032, while neither financial estimate has been verified by the parties.
Even without a confirmed value, the term shows the scale of the commitment. Superbet will serve as the club’s main sponsor through 2032. Olympiacos has also presented the agreement as a platform for long-term fan engagement.
Joint initiatives will begin in September and include fan zones, contests, and unique supporter experiences. Superbet also plans to launch its corporate social responsibility program that month.
Basketball Extends a Fast Greek Rollout
Superbet arrived in Greece late in March by offering a sportsbook and casino product portfolio. The brand then became the main shirt sponsor of Panathinaikos FC and PAOK, securing immediate visibility in top-flight Greek football.
This presence was expanded in July through a three-year sponsorship of the Greek Cup and Super Cup. The Olympiacos deal now connects the brand with Greek basketball audiences and EuroLeague followers across Europe.
Superbet is using major sports sponsorships to build recognition quickly during its first year in Greece. Olympiacos is the clearest example of that strategy so far. The six-year term also signals a sustained commitment, with the operator tying its local identity to one of the country’s strongest sporting brands.
