ICONIC21 Moves Partner Assets Into New Client Portal

ICONIC21 Moves Partner Assets Into New Client Portal
ICONIC21 has launched a Client Area for operator partners, placing game files, compliance documents, and release schedules in one portal. The platform was developed with Orange Synapse and is intended to reduce routine back-and-forth between provider and operator teams.

Operators can use the new area to access technical information, media packs, promotions, news, and roadmap data. Individual accounts are created by ICONIC21 on request, while extra users can be added through an operator’s account manager.

The portal covers ICONIC21’s growing range of live casino, slots and RNG products. Instead of requesting files separately, partners can search for a game or asset and download what they need from the same system.

Game Data and Compliance Files Get Separate Tools

The Client Area includes filters for games, formats, and downloadable assets. Media packs can be pulled in bulk, but users can also narrow a request by game, file size, or format. Each game page carries technical data, launch aliases, and RTP information. Demo versions can also be opened from inside the portal.

Compliance material sits in a separate section. Certificates can be sorted by vertical and jurisdiction, then downloaded individually or in bulk. Compliance teams therefore have a direct route to documents that may otherwise have to be requested from the supplier.

The roadmap follows a similar setup. It lists upcoming products, estimated launch dates and the expected availability of media packs. Operators can filter the schedule by vertical or jurisdiction.

ICONIC21 Builds Around a Larger Product Pipeline

ICONIC21 said the decision to build the portal followed the expansion of its portfolio across several game verticals. The company has also been widening distribution and adding new operator relationships.

Chief Marketing Officer Irina Birsanescu described the Client Area as infrastructure needed to support that growth. She said the company had reached a point where partners needed a clearer way to work with its expanding catalogue.

Orange Synapse built the platform with ICONIC21. Co-founder Roxana Nazalu said the project was designed to remain usable as the provider adds further products and partner requirements.

Keeping the Portal Useful Over Time

The immediate benefit is simple: operators no longer need to ask an account manager for every certificate, image pack, or release date. That can save time when a team is preparing a launch or checking whether a game is ready for a specific market.

The harder part comes later. If RTP data, certificates, or roadmap dates fall behind, partners will simply return to email. ICONIC21 will need to keep the portal as current as the portfolio it was built to support.
