iGaming Events Left in 2026: November–December Calendar and Where Deals Get Done

Top iGaming Events and Networking Opportunities for November and December 2026

There are 12 events left on the industry calendar through the end of 2026 that are worth allocating budget to. The most important of these is SiGMA World in Rome, November 2–5. After that, the industry spreads out across different regions: Cancun for Latin America; Cebu, Colombo, and Bangkok for Asia; and Gibraltar, Berlin, and Vienna for niche European topics. We gathered the dates, venues, and ticket prices from the organizers’ websites, calculated the travel budget, and figured out who should go where.

Key Takeaways

  • SiGMA World (Rome, November 2–5) is the largest event before the end of the year that brings together operators, affiliates, providers, and payment companies in one place. The organizer expects approximately 30,000 delegates and more than 1,200 sponsors and exhibitors. SiGMA grants free admission to operators and affiliates;
  • The second half of November is all about Latin America. Cancun will host, back-to-back, the invitation-only NEXT Retreat LatAm (November 17–19, 100 guests) and the AffPapa Conference (November 23–25, free admission for affiliates);
  • December is all about Asia and niche markets. SiGMA South Asia in Colombo (November 30–December 2) and Affiliate World Asia in Bangkok (December 9–10) wrap up the year for affiliates, while summits on DACH and AI are taking place in Vienna on December 3–4. The travel budget per person without a booth ranges from €1,000 to €3,500 (estimated by 15M).

Europe: Rome and the Niche Summits Taking Place Around It

SiGMA World is the main event of the fall. Previously known as SiGMA Central Europe, the Rome exhibition is now the flagship event of the entire tour. Fiera Roma is expecting around 30,000 delegates, more than 1,200 sponsors and exhibitors, 550 speakers across five stages, four awards ceremonies, and three startup pitch competitions. In July, SiGMA signed a partnership agreement with the Italian association SAPAR that runs through 2029, so it appears Rome is set to remain the flagship venue for the foreseeable future.

Admission is free for operators and affiliates: SiGMA has announced that all of its summits are open to these two groups at no charge, and it issues VIP passes to operators who meet the criteria. It is primarily the suppliers who pay. In practice, this means that there are many affiliates and operators at the exhibition, while providers come to “hunt” them down. Here, the buyer is the operator, and the seller is everyone else.

A number of smaller European events have been scheduled around Rome. Prediction Markets Summit Europe in Gibraltar (Nov 9–10) is Europe’s first summit on prediction markets (as billed by the organizer). It will be opened by Gibraltar’s Minister of Justice, Trade, and Industry, Nigel Feetham. In March 2026, Gibraltar issued its first license to a prediction market operator under the Gambling Act 2005. Gaming in Germany Conference in Berlin (Nov 10) is a one-day conference focused on Germany’s regulated market. The main topics are the revision of the 2021 State Treaty on Gambling and the fight against offshore offerings.

The remaining three European events are regional. Scandinavian & Nordic Gaming Show in Copenhagen (October 22–23) is for those who do business with Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Finland. BEGE Expo in Sofia (November 25–26) is a Balkan trade show with a strong land-based segment. According to the organizer, it attracts more than 5,000 visitors from 60 countries. The Vienna-based Eventus cluster (December 3–4) combines the iGaming DACH Summit — covering Germany, Austria and Switzerland, including Austria’s potential shift from a monopoly to a multi-license system — with the first AI in iGaming Summit and the Lottery CX Summit.

Latin America: More Than a Week in Cancun

In the second half of November, the LatAm agenda moves to Mexico. The two events are held four days apart, making it easy to combine them into a single trip.

NEXT Retreat LatAm (November 17–19) is an invitation-only event with 100 guests: 50 operators and 50 suppliers and influencers, C-level executives only; all discussions are held under the Chatham House Rule. No set price: operators apply for an Operator Pass, while suppliers discuss partnership packages. Deals here aren’t “mined” but rather finalized: this is the place to talk to a CEO you won’t be able to reach in Rome.

AffPapa Conference Cancun (November 23–25) is the second edition and the opposite format. According to the organizer’s estimates, there will be 400–600 attendees, of whom 40% will be affiliates, 40% operators, and 20% B2B representatives. Admission is free for SEO and review affiliates, streamers, and influencers. A standard ticket costs €250, while a VIP ticket for €1,499 includes three nights at a hotel and dinner at the AffPapa iGaming Awards ceremony. The program covers advertising in Latin America, traffic quality versus volume, SEO versus GEO, entering Latin American markets in 2027, payments, and channels.

Asia: Cebu, Colombo, and Bangkok

SPiCE International in Cebu (November 12–13, Shangri-La Mactan) is the third edition. Eventus positions it as a meeting place for products, technologies, and capital to connect with Asian demand. Tickets cost €545, €745, and €1,045; for past attendees, the standard pass is €100 cheaper.

SiGMA South Asia in Colombo (November 30–December 2) is in its second edition. SiGMA expects around 3,500 delegates, including representatives from regulatory bodies: Sri Lanka recently established its Gambling Regulatory Authority. For operators and affiliates, the same free admission policy applies as in Rome. India is the key market for many participants.

Affiliate World Asia in Bangkok (December 9–10) isn’t strictly an iGaming conference, but rather a major affiliate trade show: 7,000+ attendees from 110+ countries, 170+ affiliate networks, and 120+ advertisers. However, the list of past participants on the website includes logos of betting and casino brands, making this the premier event of December for media buyers working with Asian traffic. The affiliate ticket is $989, and the company ticket is $1,359 at the promotional price; the full price is up to $2,999.

U.S.: Regulators, Not Deals

NCLGS Winter Meeting in Savannah (Dec 9–12) is a gathering of state legislators involved in the gambling industry. It is not a trade show or a sales event. It is worth attending for those interested in the agenda of iGaming legalization in new states: lawyers and the government relations teams of operators and platforms.

Where to Go and How Much It Will Cost

The cost of a trip to iGaming events, including tickets, airfare, and accommodations

The budget in the table below is a 15M estimate per person travelling from Europe, excluding a booth and sponsorship. It includes a ticket at the official price, round-trip economy-class airfare, and a hotel for the duration of the event. Hotel prices in Rome during SiGMA are already higher than usual, so the upper limit there is the most uncertain.

How to Schedule Meetings

Schedule meetings three to four weeks in advance. According to 15M estimates, a BD manager can secure 25–40 meetings over four days at a major event, and the calendars of top operators in Rome will be full by the end of October. If you haven’t yet reached out to key contacts ahead of SiGMA World, you should do so this week.

Divide your meetings into three categories. The first category consists of deals that are already in progress: you need to close these in person. The second category consists of new contacts from your target list: short 20–30-minute slots at the booth or in the lounge. The third category consists of chance encounters: set aside time for these, but don’t expect to generate revenue from them.

Focus on the value of each meeting, not the cost of the trip. Divide your budget by the number of qualified meetings. A €2,500 trip with 30 meetings in Rome is cheaper than a €1,200 trip with five meetings at a niche summit. But if your five prospects are all in Vienna, Vienna will be a better investment.

Plan your itineraries. Rome–Gibraltar–Berlin can be done in nine days. Cancun is a trip for more than a week from November 17 to 25. The Asian itinerary from Colombo to Bangkok takes eleven days between November 30 and December 10, and Vienna on December 3–4 doesn’t fit into it.

What Does That Mean?

To operators. Rome is the main event of the year, and it’s free: use it to renew contracts with providers and affiliates ahead of the 2027 budgets. If you’re looking at Latin America, NEXT Retreat is the place to talk with provider executives, and AffPapa is the place to recruit affiliates.

To affiliates. The cheapest to attend are SiGMA World, SiGMA South Asia, and AffPapa Cancun: admission is free if you meet the criteria. Affiliate World Asia is more expensive, but it attracts a different audience — networks and advertisers — who aren’t typically found at iGaming trade shows.

To providers. You have to pay an entry fee almost everywhere, so choose based on region. Europe — Rome; Asia — Cebu and Colombo; Latin America — Cancun. Niche summits in Vienna, Berlin, and Copenhagen offer few meetings, but they are with licensees from specific markets.

To payment providers. All your customers will be gathered in Rome at once. The AffPapa program includes a separate session on payments in Latin America, and in Colombo, local payment solutions for India and South Asia are one of the main topics.

Methodology

The calendar includes events taking place between October 22 and December 31, 2026, for which the dates and venues have been confirmed on the organizer’s website. We did not include events that are listed only on aggregator sites or whose websites were unavailable. Ticket prices are taken from official price lists, excluding VAT and fees. The estimated trip budget is a 15M estimate per person travelling from Europe, covering a ticket, an economy-class flight, and a hotel for the duration of the event, based on booking rates as of October 22, 2026. The target audience and types of deals are editorial estimates based on the organizers’ programs and descriptions.
