The Lottery CX Summit takes place 3–4 December 2026 in Vienna. The venue is the Executive Lounge, Am Stadtpark 1, 1030 Vienna. The organiser is Eventus International.
The summit covers lottery customer experience and marketing. Day one includes the conference and a welcoming evening, and day two continues the conference. It shares the dates with the AI in Gaming Summit, which is a separate Eventus event.
A one-day standard pass is €595, or €495 early bird. A two-day premium pass is €995, or €895 early bird. A supplier pass is €1,495.
