PhilWeb Builds Wider Supplier Network With Games Global
PhilWeb has added Games Global to its growing group of international content partners. The agreement supports its plan to become a key distribution point for regulated online gaming in the Philippines.

Through the exclusive agreement, licensed gaming operators in the Philippines will be able to access Games Global’s hosted gaming services via PhilWeb. Any deployment will remain subject to regulatory approval and separate contractual arrangements.

Deal Adds Another Route to Licensed Operators

Games Global offers gaming content and technology to operators within regulated jurisdictions. These are offered via an API integration process that enables gaming platforms to link with the product range of the provider.

PhilWeb will provide the route through which licensed Philippine operators can access Games Global’s hosted services. The PSE filing did not name participating operators. PhilWeb separately said the rollout was expected to become fully operational in the third quarter of 2026.

PhilWeb Moves Beyond a Single Platform Role

The greater importance of this deal is that it fits into a growing network that PhilWeb is building. PhilWeb is working with international content providers while also supplying technology and operational services to domestic casino groups.

The company’s recent agreements point to a repeatable B2B model built around platforms, services, and content distribution. Earlier this month, PhilWeb announced a separate exclusive agreement with Pragmatic Play. It has also signed agreements supporting online gaming operations involving Newport World Resorts, Okada Manila and Hann Casino Resort, alongside a partnership with FBM Philippines.

Games Global brings additional content into this network. The deal may help operators introduce games through an existing technology partner rather than integrating with each provider separately.

Corporate Changes Support a New Direction

PhilWeb’s expansion has coincided with capital-raising initiatives and changes to its board in 2026. Businessman Lance Gokongwei agreed to make a personal investment in the company and later joined its board alongside another new director.

PhilWeb has traditionally been active in e-gaming businesses. Its recent agreements place greater emphasis on supplying platforms, systems, and managed services to licensed gaming businesses.

A Local Distribution Model Takes Shape

The rollout is not expected to become fully operational immediately. PhilWeb expects it to be fully operational in the third quarter of 2026, subject to regulatory approvals and contractual arrangements.

Nonetheless, PhilWeb is strengthening its position between international suppliers and licensed local operators. Its model combines domestic relationships, regulatory experience and multiple content integrations. Further agreements could make PhilWeb an increasingly important route for suppliers seeking access to the regulated Philippine online gaming market.
