SOFTSWISS Adds AI Workflow to Casino Back Office

The feature, announced on October 30, uses the platform’s existing operational tools and staff access permissions. A promotional tournament can be prepared in one conversation, covering audience selection, tournament settings and the accompanying CMS page.
Six Back-Office Functions, With Human Approval for Launches
SOFTSWISS has identified six areas supported by the new workflow:
- Building and editing player segments and filters;
- Creating and configuring tournaments and lotteries;
- Changing supported settings on existing bonuses;
- Managing game lobby configurations;
- Preparing CMS pages and content;
- Retrieving selected player information.
Five involve preparing or modifying platform configurations and content. The sixth is information retrieval, restricted by the employee’s existing permissions.
For a tournament campaign, the AI can assemble the required components, but a staff member must activate the tournament. Publishing a new CMS page also remains a manual decision.
Mykhailo Hrechyna, Head of Operations at SOFTSWISS Casino Platform, said:
“For casino operators, campaign speed has a direct commercial value.”
The company expects the feature to reduce preparation work, but has not published measured time savings or campaign performance results.
SOFTSWISS Previously Introduced Deposit-Triggered Automation
In April 2026, SOFTSWISS launched Motion, a no-code tool for automating casino CRM tasks. A deposit, for example, can trigger a bonus, a player tag or a change of player group.
Motion runs actions after predefined events. Back Office AI Workflow handles instructions entered by employees. A casino manager can request a tournament configuration, select its audience and prepare the CMS content without setting up each component separately.
The tournament still needs to be activated by a staff member. SOFTSWISS has not disclosed how many operators currently use the new AI workflow.
