Offshore Casino, Public Owner: The Thomas Kalman Trail

German authorities raided several locations in Frankfurt on September 8. The GGL later connected the case to Platincasino and said about €5.86 billion in stakes had been processed between July 2021 and the end of 2023.
Kalman was not keeping a low profile. His public accounts showed travel, parties and appearances under the name “RudySchmudi.”
Kalman Was Easy to Find
Wittmann traced him to Oktoberfest in Munich in both 2024 and 2025. In each case, he appeared with AfD Bundestag member Maximilian Krah. The Käfer festival tent told her that Kalman had another table booked for 2026. It was cancelled after his arrest.
There was plenty of spending on show as well. In one 2024 photo set, Wittmann counted 100 bottles of Käfer Prosecco. The listed price was €77 per bottle. That makes about €7,700 for the bottles alone.
Platincasino’s ownership trail looked very different. In 2023, Malta-based Red Rhino Limited transferred the brand, domains and player database to Curaçao company Latiform B.V. The stated price was €6 million.
Wittmann says she still found links between the operation and companies connected to Kalman after that deal.
Two Trails, One Case
The case now gives investigators two very different records to work with: offshore company files on one side, and years of public photos, events and social-media activity on the other.
15M previously reviewed the broader CasinoSecrets release after more than 40,000 Curaçao gambling documents became searchable online.
