Bayern Munich has signed a three-year agreement with Mega Casino World

FC Bayern Munich has entered into a three-year commercial partnership with the Asian gambling brand Mega Casino World. The company has been granted the status of the club’s official regional partner across four parts of Asia. The agreement runs until the summer of 2029 and expands the club’s commercial network in the region.

The deal covers South, South-East, Central and East Asia. The partnership adds to Bayern’s existing network of commercial contracts in the region.

What the club is hoping to achieve

The partnership is built around the club’s connection with the football-loving public in Asia. Bayern’s history and the established football community surrounding the club form the basis of the agreement with the new partner.

The agreement will come into effect at the start of the new football season and will run for three seasons, until 30 June 2029. It sets out the framework for joint promotional activities and communications relating to football.

Rouven Kasper, a member of the Executive Board and Chief Marketing & Sales Officer, stated that Asia remains an important market for the club, which is why Bayern is delighted to launch and develop this regional partnership. He noted that Mega Casino World has a strong product portfolio and a significant audience across Asia, and that the three-year partnership is expected to expand the club’s commercial presence in the region.

The club’s infrastructure in Asia

Bayern’s international partnership strategy already includes a dedicated representative office in Seoul, as well as offices in Shanghai and Bangkok. The new agreement with Mega Casino World fits into this existing structure of the club’s presence in the region.

Brand Positioning

Mega Casino World Director Jeosid Dave Monarca stated that the partnership will support the company’s international development strategy. According to him, the brand has already achieved significant success, and the three-year agreement sets out a comprehensive international promotion strategy and strengthens the brand’s connection with its audience.

Mega Casino World had previously entered into a partnership in Germany with Bundesliga International in 2023. The agreement with Bayern adds to the brand’s existing football partnerships in Asia and continues a series of contracts with European clubs.
