Gameplay and Features
The core mechanics are unchanged from the series. Sweet Bonanza 2500 pays when 8 or more matching symbols land anywhere on the 6×5 grid. After each winning combination, winning symbols disappear and new ones drop in from above. This repeats until no new wins form. Free Spins trigger on 4 or more scatters, awarding 10 spins, with 3 or more scatters during the round adding 5 extra spins.
The main upgrade is the multiplier range. Where earlier versions topped out at 100x or 1,000x, Sweet Bonanza 2500 introduces 16 possible values, from 2x to 2,500x.
Ante Bets and Feature Buys
This is where Sweet Bonanza 2500 genuinely separates itself from its predecessors. Four special modes sit above the base game, each changing how the bonus behaves.
Ante Bet 1 costs 2.5x the base amount and raises the chance of triggering Free Spins by 8x. Ante Bet 2 costs 12x, boosts the trigger chance by 10x, and guarantees a minimum multiplier of 20x during the round. Super Spin 1 at 20x guarantees at least one multiplier symbol on every base game spin, but Free Spins cannot trigger. Super Spin 2 at 250x guarantees a minimum 25x multiplier on each base game spin, again without Free Spins.

Paytable
High-paying symbols are four candy shapes: oval, pentagon, square and heart. These pay between 12x and 50x for 12 or more matching symbols. Low-paying symbols are banana, grapes, watermelon, plum and apple, paying between 2x and 10x for 12 or more. The lollipop acts as the scatter and appears on all reels.
Where This Sits
Sweet Bonanza 2500 is an updated version, but essentially offers nothing new to players already familiar with previous versions of the series. The main advantage of this version is its expanded betting structure. The maximum win of 25,000x exactly matches that of Sweet Bonanza 1000 and is half the maximum win in Sweet Bonanza Super Scatter.
For players who regularly use ante bets and bonus feature purchases, the new options provide more control over how to enter the bonus round and what payout it might yield. For players who prefer the base game, there isn’t much new here compared to previous versions.
