Polymarket Adds Live ATP Tennis to Its US Prediction Markets
Polymarket is moving live tennis inside its US trading product after securing exclusive ATP streaming rights in the prediction-market category. The agreement covers ATP Tour and ATP Challenger Tour matches and links video, official data, and market settlement in one interface.

The deal was arranged with Tennis Data Innovations (TDI), the joint venture responsible for commercializing the ATP’s official data and streaming rights. Registered Polymarket users in the US will be able to watch matches while trading contracts connected to the action.

ATP Rights Give Polymarket a Live Sports Product

The package covers roughly 20,000 matches per season. It includes main-draw and qualifying matches in singles and doubles across the ATP Tour and Challenger Tour. Events named as part of the wider ATP calendar include Indian Wells, the Miami Open, the Cincinnati Open and the Nitto ATP Finals.

The exclusivity has a clear boundary. It applies specifically to the prediction-market category and does not give Polymarket broader ownership of ATP broadcast rights.

Sportradar Will Power Data and Settlements

Sportradar provides the data layer behind the product. As TDI’s exclusive distribution partner, it will supply official real-time match data and odds used to settle relevant markets. Polymarket will also use the company’s integrity services.

Sportradar describes the arrangement as a multi-year agreement. Its role also covers live odds and fan-engagement tools alongside integrity solutions. The setup should narrow the gap between what users see on court and the information used to price or resolve contracts.

For tennis, timing is especially sensitive. Scores can change quickly, and a single break of serve can move expectations within minutes. An official feed gives the platform a direct source for settling contracts instead of depending on delayed external information.

Further Expansion of Prediction Markets Into Live Sports

With the ATP partnership, Polymarket adds a media-rights element to its expansion in sports. The deal allows Polymarket to put the market and the live event on the same screen rather than directing users to other places to watch the game.

This development brings the user experience closer to the model already common in online betting, where live data, video, and wagering all appear in a single interface. Even though the regulatory and trading frameworks are different between the two industries, they are increasingly competing for the attention of live sports audiences.

For the wider industry, the ATP partnership provides a useful clue about where prediction markets might be competing next. Official data helps to improve settlement. Exclusive video is also a tool that can help keep users inside the product during a match. If sports organizations keep providing rights packages aimed at prediction markets, live coverage might be another area of competition.
