PokerStars Opens Network to Operators Outside Flutter
PokerStars has opened the PokerStars Network to operators outside Flutter Entertainment. Third-party partners can join its poker liquidity and use the network’s games, scheduling and integrity infrastructure.
PokerStars disclosed the change in a September 22 announcement. The company said it is now ready to speak with operators outside Flutter after building the network around its own group brands. The offer covers shared liquidity, centrally run games and scheduling, game integrity, and access to PokerStars live and online events.
There is also a branding option. PokerStars says a partner may take the PokerStars brand into its own market.
No outside operator was named in the announcement. PokerStars also gave no commercial terms or date for the first third-party launch.
Betfair Was Still an Internal Move in August
The position was different six weeks ago. PokerStars announced on August 10 that Betfair would start carrying its poker product three days later. Paddy Power and Sky Poker were due to be added later in 2026. The company described those changes as part of a liquidity-focused PokerStars Network model inside Flutter.
FanDuel had already moved onto the model in the US. Sisal and SNAI had done the same in Italy.
That left the August rollout within Flutter’s own portfolio. The first Betfair launch was on August 13. PokerStars announced the external operator offer on September 22, or 40 days later.
The September announcement removes that group boundary. An operator no longer needs to be a Flutter brand to discuss joining PSN.
Network Already Runs Across Several Markets
PokerStars named four existing parts of the network in its latest announcement. They are Sisal and SNAI in Italy, the Southern Europe pool, FanDuel in the US, and the UK setup involving Betfair, Paddy Power and Sky Bet.
Those deployments are not all identical. Some combine player liquidity across brands or markets, while others put the PokerStars product behind another Flutter brand. The new B2B offer adds another possible setup: an independent operator connecting to the network.
PokerStars has not said which market may get such a partner first. Its network team will be at SBC Summit Lisbon from September 29 to October 1, where PokerStars says it will meet prospective operators.
