Italy’s NetWin has chosen Fast Track’s suite of player engagement tools

This covers player engagement, gamification, loyalty and bonuses. NetWin receives all of this on a single platform built for the Italian market. For the operator, this is a way of managing all these tasks in one place, rather than piecing them together separately.
What is included in the deal
Fast Track has transferred several of its products to NetWin in one go. The package includes CRM and Rewards tools, as well as the Greco risk management system, which became part of Fast Track’s offering earlier this year.
Also included separately in the deal is Fast Track’s artificial intelligence-based solution. The company recently expanded this with so-called ‘agent-based scenarios’, where the system automatically carries out some of the operational steps. Overall, NetWin gains tools for managing player engagement, gamification, loyalty programmes and bonuses.
The parties’ views
The operator emphasises the convenience of a single platform. According to Stefano Giancotti, Head of Product at NetWin, choosing Fast Track has given the team a single platform on which to manage engagement, gamification and bonus strategies all in one place. He noted that the solution is built for the Italian market and the company’s growth strategy. He added that the team is delighted about what this will enable them to create for players.
Speaking on behalf of the provider was Simon Lidzén, CEO of Fast Track. He highlighted NetWin’s strong team and its experience in gaming, as well as its clear plans for working with Italian players. He said that now that CRM, Rewards and Greco are working together, Fast Track is ready to help the operator transition to agent-based scenarios across the entire suite of tools.
Market Implications
The deal illustrates the direction in which operators’ work with players is heading. Instead of a collection of disparate tools from different suppliers, companies are increasingly opting for a unified platform where CRM, bonuses, loyalty and risk control are integrated. This simplifies management and eliminates unnecessary interfaces between systems.
Another shift is also evident. The suite now includes AI with agent-based scenarios, meaning the system takes care of some routine decisions. For the Italian market, where competition for players is fierce, such tools are becoming a way to retain the audience more accurately and quickly. NetWin is part of RB Holding, which has over 70 years’ experience in the gaming industry, and the choice of a unified platform is in line with the group’s commitment to long-term operations in this market.
