Alpha Affiliates Extends Payout Deadline 10 Days, Changes Legal Entity

The difference appears in clause 6.2 of the updated Alpha Affiliates agreement, compared with the version dated May 13, 2024. The clause covers monthly commissions and invoice-based payments.
Invoice Payments Already Had a Later Deadline
For commissions earned in October, the new contractual deadline is November 25 rather than November 15. Invoice-based payments were already due by the 25th under the older wording.
Alpha Affiliates’ FAQ still lists another schedule: e-wallet and crypto payouts by the 15th, bank transfers by the 21st. Those are published processing dates. The agreement now allows payment until the 25th.

Costa Rican Company Replaces Gibraltar Entity
The former agreement named Pantagruel Limited, registered in Gibraltar under number 121054. The new one names 3-102-968789 (2026-Oryon), with an address in Curridabat, San José, Costa Rica.
Clause 1.9 was changed as well. A new clause, 10.4A, describes Alpha Affiliates as a marketing and affiliate management agency rather than the operator of the gaming brands it promotes.
The new agreement gives no separate explanation of how unpaid commission balances from the period under Pantagruel Limited are handled.
Standard RevShare Changes to 40%
Section 7 now sets standard RevShare at 40% of NGR. The previous version had six rates based on monthly FTDs, starting at 25% for zero FTDs and reaching 50% at 31 or more. For comparison, 15M’s affiliate program directory lists commission models used by other programs.
Clause 1.15 has shorter wording now. The previous list of NGR deductions is gone. Instead, the definition refers to the applicable Commission Structure.
Clause 1.10 also drops the reference to gunsbet.com. Brand Websites now covers sites of third-party gaming brands represented through the program.
The NGR formula remains unchanged:
NGR = Revenue × 85% − Bonuses − (Deposits + Withdrawals) × 5%.
The agreement also keeps separate accounting for each brand. Negative balances are not combined with positive balances from other brands.
