1win-Linked AVC Screens 300+ Startups, Closes First Deal

AVC, a venture fund linked to the 1win ecosystem, has reviewed more than 300 startups since launch. Three reached final negotiations and one investment deal has already closed.

AVC has reviewed more than 300 projects since launch and has already completed its first investment. Ten companies entered due diligence after pilot tests, while three more reached final negotiations, CEO Polina Malinovskaya told Gambling Times on September 16.

Fewer Than 1% Reached Final Negotiations

The 300+ screened companies give a rough view of the fund’s selection funnel. Three projects reaching final negotiations represent less than 1% of all startups reviewed so far. The single completed deal is equivalent to less than 0.33% of the screened pipeline.

AVC also received more than 200 applications during its first weeks, according to Malinovskaya.

AVC Uses the Ecosystem as a Test Environment

AVC is not positioning itself only as a source of capital. Companies can get access to operating infrastructure, distribution and potential customers inside the wider ecosystem. Products can also be tested inside an operating business before wider deployment. Its current focus includes AI and machine learning, B2B SaaS, fintech, Affiliate & Traffic, GameDev and iGaming.

AVC’s own website says the investment team targets a decision within one month and gives an initial response within 72 hours. It also lists 30 projects launched within the holding and $200 million in deals closed by the team over five years.

The $200 million figure describes the team’s previous deal activity, rather than investments made by AVC since the fund’s 2026 launch.

First Portfolio Company Still Undisclosed

AVC’s public site currently does not name the company behind the first closed deal or show a public portfolio list. That leaves the first investment itself as the next material disclosure.

Three other projects have already reached final negotiations, although AVC has not given a timetable for further closings.
