Scoreconnect and Optimove announced a new partnership yesterday. The deal connects scoreconnect’s Telegram tools with Optimove’s marketing system.
Scoreconnect provides communication tech for sports betting and gaming companies. Optimove brings its “Positionless Marketing” expertise and extensive iGaming partner list to the table.
The integration launched just as both companies appeared at SBC Summit Americas 2025 in Fort Lauderdale.
Telegram has become a key communication channel for players. This integration helps operators reach bettors where they already spend time.
The system connects directly to an operator’s existing data through their PAM or CRM. This gives companies real-time response capability based on what players are actually doing.
“This integration means frictionless deployment and faster time to value,” said Antonio Ruggeri, scoreconnect’s CEO. He emphasised that they’re enabling “intelligent, real-time interaction” rather than just basic messaging.
Ruggeri commented: “Partnering with Optimove is a big moment for the business given its standing in the market.”
The partnership lets betting operators activate scoreconnect’s Telegram tools with minimal setup. It’s designed to be simple – “just a few clicks,” according to the announcement.
At the SBC Summit, scoreconnect demonstrated “Telegram Play.” This feature lets players claim bonuses, place bets, and get updates without leaving their Telegram chat window.
No redirects or delays interrupt the player experience. Everything happens within the messaging app itself.
The direct connection to live player data enables smarter automation. Past implementations have shown improved retention and increased turnover from messaging.
Companies also saw better conversion rates from sign-up to deposit. The system responds to player actions immediately rather than on fixed schedules.

Operators using Optimove can now easily extend their marketing reach into the Telegram ecosystem. This gives them another channel to connect with players at crucial moments.
In October 2024, scoreconnect secured a deal with Triunfobet to bring AI-powered engagement tools and instant messaging to Latin American sports betting audiences. This deal marked the first agreement made by scoreconnect and enabled automated messaging across South American sports betting markets. The AI tools deployed included Tipster Mode and real-time odds updates via Telegram and other messaging channels.
Following the deal, scoreconnect CEO Antontio Ruggeri commented: “Signing our first official operator client with an operator as strong as Triunfobet is a huge moment for us.
