OLIMPBET Faces 13.7x Larger Counterclaims in Two Hardcore Cases

OLIMPBET Faces 13.7x Larger Counterclaims in Two Hardcore Cases
Two separate court disputes involving OLIMPBET and companies linked to Hardcore have produced counterclaims far above the bookmaker's original demands. Taken together, the amounts sought in response are about 13.7 times larger.

The dispute returned to focus on September 10, when SportClan published a new interview with Hardcore founder Anatoly Sulyanov about the OLIMPBET court cases. One case already has a first-instance ruling. The other remains open, with the next hearing scheduled for November 12.

The 13.7x ratio is 15M’s calculation from the original ruble-denominated claims in both cases.

$9.4M Counterclaim Remains Open

OLIMPBET is seeking about $666,000 from HFC Media under an agreement dated April 24, 2023. HFC Media has responded with three main demands worth about $9.4 million before penalties and interest. The largest is approximately $8.4 million for advertising publication services, or about 89.5% of those three amounts.

The rest consists of roughly $422,000 in alleged debt and $564,000 in costs connected with terminating the agreement.

The case has already been postponed four times. OLIMPBET asked for another delay and a judicial fine before the August hearing, while HFC Media filed to revise its claims. The next hearing is set for November 12.

Media Solutions Already Has a Court Win

The earlier case has gone further. Media Solutions, another company connected with Hardcore MMA, already has a first-instance ruling in its favor.

OLIMPBET went to court for about $701,000, saying it had overpaid after the advertising agreement ended. Media Solutions countered for approximately $9.2 million.

The court dismissed OLIMPBET’s claim and awarded Media Solutions about $9.1 million. Most of that award came from another part of the dispute. Around $7.5 million was tied to video content and its publication or reposting online. The ruling also refers to reports, screenshots, correspondence and an outside valuation used to support that amount.

OLIMPBET did not request a separate expert examination.

Content Claims Dominate Both Cases

The largest amounts in both disputes are tied to advertising or content rather than the initial payment claims. In the Media Solutions ruling, the video-related component accounted for about 82% of the award. In the pending HFC Media case, advertising publication services make up 89.5% of its three main demands.

Most of the money here is therefore not tied to the original payment claims. It comes from advertising work and content that remained valuable after the partnerships ended. Operators, affiliates and media partners may need separate terms for continued use of videos, posts and integrations after a deal ends.

OLIMPBET rejects Hardcore’s version of the conflict. In February 2025, the bookmaker said claims that it had failed to meet its financial obligations had “no basis”.

The two cases are now at different stages. Media Solutions has a first-instance ruling; HFC Media is still waiting for one after four postponements. Its next hearing is set for November 12, 2026.
