i-payout Lists 36 US Licences With More Approvals Planned Through 2027

i-payout announced its latest licensing expansion on September 15. The company operates under the International Payout Systems name in regulatory records.

Its US licensing page contains 51 jurisdictions. 15M counted 36 with a licence number already listed. Another 15 are marked either pending or none.

Puerto Rico is among the recent additions. International Payout Systems lists money transmitter licence TM-0220 for the territory, while an OCIF registry check shows an approval date of September 9. The timing puts the approval less than a week before i-payout disclosed the wider expansion.

Gaming and Affiliate Payments Sit Inside the Same Push

The company wants to have the US licences it needs in place by the end of 2027. It has not published a state-by-state timetable for the remaining applications.

More licences would also change how some payments are handled. i-payout says it can move a larger share of transactions through its own regulated setup rather than relying on intermediaries.

Gaming is one of the sectors named by the provider. Its examples include payouts to players, creators and tournament participants, plus reward payments.

Affiliate and performance marketing is listed separately. Here, the product covers commissions and other affiliate payouts. That matters for operators and affiliate businesses that need to send recurring payments across multiple US markets without adding a separate payout setup for each one.

European EMI Application Has No Filing Date Yet

i-payout also has plans outside the US. The company is preparing an application for a European Electronic Money Institution licence, although it has not named the country where it intends to apply.
