Games Global Splits Its New Jackpot Across Six Pots

Games Global has launched Jackpot Madness, a new progressive jackpot network featuring four tiers and six separate pools. The network is opt-in and runs through a single integration, and it is available across the provider's entire game portfolio.

The product was launched on 4 August. It is designed for frequent wins and operates both as part of a shared network and in an isolated format for individual operators.

How the Tiers Work

The top level is called Madness. Its prize amount keeps rising until the jackpot is won, with no upper limit.

The Mystery level works the opposite way. It features three prizes with fixed amounts and is designed for frequent payouts rather than large ones.

The other two levels, Mania and Mayhem, are must-drop. Each is guaranteed to be awarded before it reaches a value set by the operator.

That accounts for the six pools, with one for Madness, three for Mystery and one each for Mania and Mayhem. The combination puts frequent small payouts and one growing prize inside the same mechanic.

What the Operator Configures

The network provides the operator with a number of parameters. The operator can configure themes, the size of contributions to the pools, payout levels and the margin.

The isolated format allows pools to be kept within a single brand or a single market, rather than being mixed with shared pools. This is important where local regulations restrict the operation of cross-border networks.

The network is live in regulated markets including the UK, Sweden, Ontario, Alberta, Brazil, Gibraltar, Malta, Romania, Belgium and Peru.

Position Within the Provider’s Portfolio

Games Global already offers Mega Moolah, WowPot!, King Millions, Lotsaloot and Mzansi Moolah. Jackpot Madness joins this line-up and fits into the gap between them in terms of payout structure.

The provider’s major networks are built around rare, large payouts. The new product is geared towards regular wins, and the growing prize sits in the top tier alone. Ofir Gal-Mor, the company’s SVP of customer experience and gaming innovation, described the new network as a complement to the larger jackpot products rather than a replacement for them.

What Sits Behind the Launch

Games Global is positioning the network as a layer that sits on top of existing content, set up once and running across the whole portfolio. The company has not disclosed technical detail on contribution rates or how often each tier is expected to drop.

There are also no figures available regarding payouts, jackpot pool sizes or starting values at launch. So far, only the tier structure and a list of markets have been published.
