8 FTDs in Four Months: Buzz Affiliates Can End RevShare Deals

Under the program’s current terms and conditions, clause 3.13 gives Buzz Affiliates two grounds to reconsider a RevShare deal. One is a continuous four-month period without new traffic. The other is fewer than eight qualifying first-time depositors during that period.
Buzz Can Make Exceptions to the FTD Rule
The program can amend, suspend or discontinue the revenue-share arrangement and related commercial terms. It can also let a partner continue despite falling below the threshold. The decision is discretionary; the clause does not say commissions end automatically after the fourth month.
Buzz Affiliates works with the casino brands Spinight, NovaJackpot and VegaZone. The agreement does not specify a universal deposit amount for the eight-FTD test. Its definition of a customer refers instead to the minimum deposit set out in the applicable remuneration plan.
The Old Clause Had No FTD Minimum
In July 2024, Affiliate Guard Dog reproduced an earlier version of clause 3.13. It mentioned affiliates who had gone four months without sending traffic. There was no reference to eight FTDs.
The current agreement also links clause 6.7 to the conditions in 3.13. Buzz can terminate an affiliate agreement on written notice if those conditions are met. The program already had wider termination rights, though. Clause 6.1 allows either party to end the agreement on 24 hours’ notice, even without giving a reason.
What Happens With Seven FTDs?
Take an affiliate who brings in seven qualifying FTDs over four months. The website still gets visitors, and some players referred earlier continue depositing. But the affiliate is one FTD short of the new minimum. Buzz can now use that figure when deciding whether to keep the RevShare deal.
There is another provision worth checking. Clause 3.2 says affiliates do not need a fixed number of new active customers each month to withdraw earned fees. The minimum withdrawal is €350, a figure affiliates can compare with payment terms at other casino affiliate programs. That provision does not remove the eight-FTD condition in clause 3.13.
Clauses 6.3 and 6.5 also address commissions after termination. Payments generated by previously referred players can stop, unless separate terms provide otherwise.
The public terms page has no revision date. It is still unclear when the eight-FTD requirement was added, and no confirmed case of Buzz applying it has been identified.
