With nearly a decade of experience helping executives develop their voice, Daria shares practical methods for using AI to support, not replace, human storytelling.
The Foundation Still Matters: Brand Book First
Before turning to AI, Daria starts with introspection. “The first step is building your brand book. Your competencies, values, roles in life, it all needs to be written down in a structured way,” she explains.
She stores this in Notion and uses it as a master document to guide every interaction with AI tools. That clarity allows the technology to understand her tone and personality, and replicate it accurately.
How She Actually Works With AI
Once the foundation is in place, Daria uses a simple but powerful method:
- Jots down insights in Notion as they come
- Speaks her ideas out loud into ChatGPT in her native language
- Lets the AI structure and reflect those ideas back at her
“It often finds something I didn’t see. Sometimes it deepens the insight or connects it to my values in ways I wouldn’t have,” she says.
AI doesn’t just help her write, it helps her think.
Use AI to Create, Not to Fake
Daria’s content workflow includes everything from ideation to visuals:
- Writing: She uses ChatGPT to write authentic LinkedIn posts and articles
- Video: Captions Pro helps her create short video messages using an AI twin, without needing to be on camera
- Research: Perplexity.ai finds trustworthy sources to support her ideas
- Mapping: MyMindVision builds out mind maps when she needs to break down a big idea
- Visuals: Canva brings her content to life
But even with these tools, Daria remains firmly in the driver’s seat: “I still write, edit, and post everything myself.”
Avoiding The AI Trap
The rise of generative tools has made it easy to publish, but just as easy to blend in.
“A lot of AI content feels flat. It’s spammy. I see the same sentence structure everywhere,” Daria says. “That’s why I humanise everything. I rewrite, I edit. I even change the emotion.”
She sometimes uses tools like Undetectable AI to scan for robotic language, but ultimately relies on instinct: “I’m the humaniser.”
It’s Not Just About Output, It’s About Process
