Sportsbet.io Moves Operations From Curaçao to Anjouan

The date comes from a licence update published by Sportsbet.io. Existing accounts remain open. The operator says player balances, bonuses and unsettled bets carry over, while deposits and withdrawals continue through the same account.

There is no new registration connected with the move. Some users may be asked to accept revised Terms and Conditions after logging in.

Anjouan Register Lists Sportsbet.io Under EZ Spins

15M checked the Anjouan licence register on September 30. It lists Sportsbet.io, Bitcasino.io and Livecasino.io under the same B2C licence held by EZ Spins Ltd. The licence number is ALSI-202509076-FI2. It was issued on September 30, 2025.

There is one unusual detail in the register. The licence was still marked Valid on September 30, although its displayed expiry date was September 29, 2026.

Sportsbet.io’s own footer already names EZ Spins Ltd as owner and operator. It also names the Anjouan authority as its regulator.

The register therefore confirms the new operator and puts Sportsbet.io alongside two other gambling domains under the same licence.

Bitcasino Has the Same September 30 Date

Sportsbet.io is not the only Yolo brand making this change. Bitcasino posted a licence notice on September 23. Its switch also takes effect on September 30, and its new operator is also EZ Spins Ltd.

The previous companies were different. Sportsbet.io used mBet Solutions N.V. Bitcasino operated through Moon Technologies B.V. Both brands now name the same Anjouan company.

Sportsbet.io and Bitcasino sit within Yolo’s gambling business. In 2025, Yolo discussed both brands while outlining the group’s move toward Yolo.com and a larger regulated-market focus.

Sportsbet.io still lists Russia, the United States, United Kingdom, Germany, Australia, South Africa and Curaçao among its restricted jurisdictions. 15M reported in June that Anjouan itself distinguishes an offshore licence from permission to operate in individual national markets.
