QTech Games appoints Rocío Moitino for LatAm sales push
Game aggregator names 13-year sales veteran as regional director

QTech Games appointed Rocío Moitino as its new Sales Director for Latin America last week. The game aggregator made the hire as part of its expansion strategy across the region.

Moitino spent the past several years at Air Dice, where she served as Sales Director. Her work there focused on building partnerships with aggregators and operators throughout Latin America. She handled deals in both regulated markets and territories without formal licensing frameworks.

The appointment gives QTech an experienced sales leader with 13 years in the industry. CEO Philip Doftvik told the company he’s “delighted” to bring Moitino aboard. He specifically praised her track record in the region.

Why QTech Chose This Timing

Latin America represents a major growth target for the aggregator right now. QTech has already built some presence there but wants to scale up operations significantly.

Doftvik said Moitino has “demonstrable experience for key-account management and new-business opportunities across this growing region.” He also pointed to her understanding of local market demands, describing it as “a real nose for the consequential local demands that make a difference.”

The company views this hire as giving it “a fantastic foundation” to make Latin America one of its most important regions globally. Doftvik noted Moitino has already made what he called a “fast start” in the role, which he said has “thrilled” the leadership team.

Her proven sales performance matters particularly as QTech tries to strengthen its position against other aggregators competing for the same operator relationships.

What Experience Moitino Contributes

Her background centres on strategic partnerships across multiple Latin American territories. At Air Dice, she worked with both licensed operators and companies in grey markets.

Moitino said QTech’s approach has impressed her for years. She specifically mentioned the aggregator’s tech developments, quick integrations, and flexible pricing structures. “It always goes the extra mile to make it work for the customer and provide them with something flexible or unique to their needs,” she said.

She also highlighted QTech’s invoicing system and what she called “offset pricing” as competitive advantages. The aggregator’s “collaborative approach” and distinct positioning in the aggregation space caught her attention long before this opportunity arose.

How Regional Strategy Will Develop

Moitino plans to push into “many previously untapped territories” across Latin America. She’ll work with what she described as an “eager and talented team” already in place. QTech has already gained what she called “considerable traction” in the region.

The new director compared her professional approach to her personal hobby. As an Ironman participant, she said she’s learned to “turn any challenge into an opportunity” through mental toughness and commitment.

She told QTech she’ll bring that same mindset to growing the aggregator’s Latin American business. The region continues to draw increased attention from global operators and suppliers as more countries move toward regulated frameworks.
