NuxGame Opens Casino Tournaments to Games From Any Provider

Separate tournament approval from each game provider is no longer required, according to the company. NuxGame announced the release on October 9, four days after publishing its initial product announcement.
Operators Set the Rules, Not the Studios
A tournament can cover an entire game category or a selection of individual titles. These may come from competing suppliers. The leaderboard records qualifying bets across the selected games, using the scoring rules entered by the casino operator.
The back office lets staff set start dates, prize positions and entry conditions. Cash rewards are supported, along with loyalty-shop points and experience credited to a player’s tier account.
There is also a way to give certain games an advantage in the competition. Operators can adjust how much wagering is needed to earn a point, including separate rates for individual titles. Games considered vulnerable to excessive point accumulation can be excluded.
Three settings determine whether a player qualifies: minimum bet size, number of bets and total turnover. Bets below the specified minimum do not count, while players who fail to reach the turnover threshold are kept off the leaderboard.
Ten Tournaments at Once, With More Filters to Come
There is a cap of 10 concurrent tournaments. NuxGame also lets casino staff check the prize budget before launching an event and review its performance afterward. Both regular online casinos and sweepstakes platforms can use the tool.
Some options are still missing. In its October 5 product note, NuxGame lists player segmentation by loyalty tier and preferred games among the planned additions.
The company works with more than 140 game providers and has over 18,500 titles in its wider catalogue. It also reports serving over 100 operators. None of those numbers tells us how widely the tournament feature has been adopted. NuxGame has yet to identify a client running it or share figures from a completed event.
