LuckyBet.ee Launches in Estonia on Digitain Turnkey Stack
The newly licensed Estonian operator is running its sportsbook and online casino on a full Digitain stack covering the gaming platform, sportsbook, casino, CRM, affiliate tools and payments. Estonia’s public register shows LuckyBet.ee’s operating permits took effect on March 24, well before Digitain announced the partnership in September.
Digitain announced the partnership on September 10, describing the deployment as a full turnkey setup for the regulated Estonian market. The supplier is providing the underlying iGaming platform together with its sportsbook, casino infrastructure, CRM, affiliate and payment solutions.
LuckyBet.ee is using one technology provider across several core parts of the operation. The company offers both sports betting and online casino products under licenses issued by the Estonian Tax and Customs Board, or EMTA.
Turnkey Deal Covers More Than the Sportsbook
The agreement goes beyond supplying odds or casino content. Digitain’s platform sits underneath the operation, while the deal also covers the sportsbook and casino products. CRM tools handle player communication and retention, with separate affiliate and payment solutions included in the same setup.
Romans Račko, co-founder and managing director of LuckyBet.ee, said the operator wanted a provider with both a complete platform and experience in regulated markets. For Digitain, the deployment adds another regulated European operator to its platform business. The supplier has also announced recent partnerships covering the UK, Belgium and Romania.
The Estonia deal is different in one respect: the technology is supporting a newly launched local brand rather than replacing or extending one component at an established operator.
LuckyBet Permits Took Effect Before September Announcement
The regulatory timeline started well before the September partnership announcement. A 15M review of the Estonian Register of Economic Activities shows four authorizations listed under SIA “Luckybet.ee.”
Two activity licenses began on July 7 and December 1, 2025 and have no stated expiry date. Two operating permits then took effect on March 24, 2026 and remain valid through March 24, 2031. From March 24 to Digitain’s September 10 announcement, the gap was 170 days.
EMTA’s own list of legal gambling operators also places LuckyBet in both the online games of chance section and the toto section used for betting operators. The September release describes the partnership as supporting LuckyBet.ee’s market entry, while the public licensing record shows that the regulatory approvals were already in place months earlier. The latest EMTA operator list was updated on August 18 and already included the brand.
Digitain Takes Multiple Operator Functions in One Deployment
The launch gives Digitain exposure to more than wagering volume alone. Sportsbook activity, casino play, player management, affiliate acquisition and payments all sit inside the announced technology package. That makes the Estonia deployment a broader platform relationship than a conventional sportsbook supply agreement.
Digitain said it plans to support LuckyBet.ee’s continued growth in Estonia. No financial terms or duration for the technology agreement were disclosed.
