ELA Games Enters Danish Market via Tivoli Casino Deal with Danske Licens Spil

The modern game studio has secured its fourth European licence as it advances with its Scandinavian expansion initiative.

ELA Games and Danish gambling operator Danske Licens Spil have signed a deal for a collaborative partnership.

The signed deal will bring the suppliers’ titles to the Danish Market using the Tivoli Casino platform.

ELA Games will be entering the Danish market for the first time, following the studio’s acquisition of licenses across Europe in countries such as Malta, Romania, and Sweden.

Leading the company as Managing Director is Marharyta Yerina, who explicitly labels the deal as part of its ongoing expansion efforts and sustainable growth plans.

Tivoli Casino has been established in the Scandinavian market since 2012, and now Danish players on the platform will gain access to titles such as Madshow Circus and Lucky Dwarfs.

To enter the Danish market, ELA Games has secured a game supplier licence from the Danish Gambling Authority, making the deal a reality. The supplier now holds a total of four European licenses.

The studio had a productive 2024, releasing 15 new games. They ramped up production to two games per month and expanded their talent pool by 68%.

These achievements laid the foundations for continued success in 2025, with the Danish expansion being their latest achievement.

Tivoli Casino will now provide ELA Games titles on its platform. The titles were selected for their ability to improve player engagement metrics.

Yerina expressed excitement about introducing their titles to a new target audience. She reportedly hopes to create market-specific games that Danish players will enjoy.

Marharyta Yerina, ELA Games’ Managing Director, commented: “Our partnership with Danske Licens Spil enables us to enter the Danish market through the Tivoli Casino brand and highlights our ambitious expansion and sustainable growth. We’re excited to introduce our games to a new target audience, and we hope to create market-specific titles that resonate with Danish players to ensure we become a recognisable figure.”

The ultimate goal is to establish a reputation as a reputable figure in Denmark’s gaming landscape. The company will reportedly leverage its increased production capacity to support continued expansion throughout Europe.

ELA Games entered the iGaming market in 2021 and has since launched 28 titles, with 15 games released in 2024. Now, the company has increased its supply pipeline by two titles launches per month. The supplier now has content live across multiple Scandinavian operators.

In April 2025, ELA Games made its first Danish deal by partnering with Casino House. The agreement involved the rollout of several titles. These titles include ‘It’s Shark Time’ and ‘Cash of Gods’, which launched across 33 retail venues in Copenhagen and on Casino House’s online platform.
