Casimba Gaming launches 247Bet sportsbook brand

Casino operator expands into sports betting with new UK-focused platform and global ambitions

Casimba Gaming announced the launch of 247Bet, their new sportsbook brand that marks a major expansion beyond their established casino operations. The company already powers more than 20 casino brands through its full-stack platform.

Chief Product Officer Jon Liska spearheaded the development alongside CEO Dersim Sylwan. They’re working with several key technology partners to make it happen.

White Hat Gaming’s providing the UKGC licence for the initial UK launch. Altenar’s handling the core sportsbook platform, while Smartico brings gamification technology and CRM functionality to the mix.

NetRefer’s building the affiliate programme as a key acquisition channel.

Why Casimba’s Moving Into Sports Betting

The expansion builds directly on Casimba’s casino success, with Liska explaining they want to “give our customers the ultimate choice in gaming entertainment.” It’s a natural progression for a company that’s already established in multiple markets.

Sylwan called 247Bet “a natural next step in our evolution” and part of their vision to create “a hero brand with global appeal.” The move reflects broader industry trends where operators seek to offer complete gaming experiences rather than single verticals.

The company’s existing infrastructure gives them a solid foundation. They already operate across multiple jurisdictions and have relationships with over 75 game providers offering more than 6,000 titles.

What 247Bet Offers Players

The new sportsbook promises “a cutting-edge, multi-channel betting experience” with modern user interfaces designed for speed and ease of use. Liska emphasised that customers will “find the sports, markets, and content they want faster than ever.”

247Bet launches initially in the UK under White Hat Gaming’s licence but won’t stop there. Strategic expansion plans include additional European markets under the MGA licence, plus Nordic countries, North America and other global territories where Casimba already operates.

The platform integrates seamlessly with White Hat Gaming’s existing casino offering.

How the Launch Strategy Unfolds

Altenar’s robust platform forms the technical backbone, bringing promotional tools and features that Casimba believes will create “a market-leading betting site.” The integration with their existing casino platform should provide smooth cross-selling opportunities.

Smartico’s gamification technology aims to boost player engagement beyond traditional betting features. Meanwhile, NetRefer’s affiliate programme will drive customer acquisition through proven partnership channels.

The company’s actively hiring a Sportsbook Product Manager to lead promotional roadmaps, content strategy and overall performance metrics. This signals serious long-term commitment to the sports betting vertical.

Liska described wanting to build “a brand that feels fresh, intuitive, and engaging from the very first tap” – suggesting they’re targeting user experience as a key differentiator in the competitive UK sports betting market.
