711 Group expands Belgian market with Bragg Gaming
Three-year deal extends successful Dutch collaboration into new jurisdiction

711 Group launched its 711.be brand in Belgium through a new partnership with Bragg Gaming. The operator already works with Bragg in the Netherlands, where the provider supplies its PAM platform and casino content.

But this isn’t just a copy-paste job. The Belgian deal gives 711 access to Bragg’s complete turnkey solution covering both online casino and sports betting products.

This three-year agreement marks 711’s expansion beyond Dutch borders. And it shows Bragg’s growing footprint in regulated European markets.

Why This Partnership Made Sense

The Dutch collaboration apparently worked well. 711 COO Gilles De Becker called it a “resounding success” he hopes to replicate in Belgium.

Bragg CEO Matevz Mazij said the deal proves the quality of his company’s products. He pointed to the platform’s flexibility and regulatory compliance as key selling points.

“We pride ourselves on offering a flexible, regulatory-compliant platform that allows valued clients like 711 to seamlessly scale their operations across new jurisdictions,” Mazij said. He added that Belgium represents a strategic regulated market for Bragg.

The timing makes sense given recent financial results. Bragg posted Q3 2025 revenue of €26.8m ($31.2m), up 20% year-on-year when Dutch figures are excluded. Including the Netherlands, growth was just 2%.

What the Deal Includes

711 gets access to Bragg’s full platform in Belgium. That means casino games, sports betting tech, and the engagement tools Bragg provides in other markets.

The partnership builds on existing infrastructure from the Netherlands. Bragg already supplies gamification and engagement technologies to 711 there alongside its PAM platform.

Last month, 711 received a financial penalty from the Dutch regulator for advertising violations. The Belgian launch comes as the operator looks to diversify beyond its home market.

How This Fits Broader Trends

Bragg announced a similar deal last week with Gamomat entering Brazil. The company’s clearly pushing its turnkey solution across multiple regulated jurisdictions.

For 711, Belgium offers a fresh start after regulatory troubles at home. The operator can leverage proven technology from its Dutch operations while building presence in another regulated market.

The three-year timeline suggests both companies see long-term potential. Belgium’s regulated market gives 711 room to grow without starting from scratch on the technical side.

Bragg’s emphasis on helping clients scale across jurisdictions looks increasingly important as European markets continue opening up to online gambling.
