Quick Custom Intelligence signed a deal with Win-River Resort & Casino in Redding, California. The tribal property will deploy QCI’s enterprise platform across its operations.
Win-River runs more than 500 slot machines plus table games and bingo. The casino’s general manager Don Hayward called it “an exciting step forward” for the property.
QCI’s chief technology officer Andrew Cardno said the Win-River team showed “a forward-thinking approach” from the start. He emphasised the partnership’s foundation in trust and shared vision.
Why This Platform Matters for Tribal Gaming
The system gives Win-River access to player behaviour data it couldn’t analyse effectively before. Marketing performance tracking becomes simpler. Operational efficiency gets easier to measure across departments.
“We can enhance player satisfaction, streamline operations and continue to deliver the exceptional experience our guests have come to expect,” Hayward said.
Casino operators need better ways to evaluate multiple gaming data sources simultaneously. QCI’s platform consolidates that information for faster analysis. The technology aims to set “a new benchmark for operational intelligence and guest engagement in the region,” according to Cardno.
Most tribal properties compete against commercial casinos with larger technology budgets. Enterprise platforms help level that playing field.
What QCI’s Enterprise Platform Delivers
The system integrates several data streams into one interface. Staff can make decisions based on real-time information rather than waiting for weekly reports.
Win-River’s team gets tools for personalised guest experiences. The platform connects player preferences directly with marketing strategies and promotional offers.
Pala Casino Spa Resort went live with QCI’s latest platform version, AGI56, on October 21. That property received multiple new modules in the upgrade.
AGI56 includes QCI Heatmap for floor analysis and machine placement optimisation. Quartals Visualisation helps track revenue trends over time. QCI Metrics provides performance dashboards that update throughout each shift.
How This Changes Win-River’s Operations
Casino floor managers can now spot patterns they missed with previous reporting methods. Player engagement data flows to marketing teams faster than older systems allowed.
The platform’s QCI Dispatch module helps coordinate staff responses to player needs. QCI Player tracks individual guest preferences across multiple visits and gaming sessions.
Win-River’s implementation follows Pala Casino’s successful upgrade just days earlier. Both properties use the technology to compete more effectively in California’s crowded gaming market.
The partnership represents QCI’s growing presence in tribal gaming operations. Tribal casinos increasingly adopt enterprise platforms to match commercial operators’ analytical capabilities and guest service standards.
