Oddsgate and BetConstruct announced their partnership at the Harmony YoFuture event in São Paulo on September 25. The venue was Palácio Tangará. Both companies already operate in the Brazilian market but hadn’t worked together before.
Oddsgate brings local market knowledge and operator relationships. BetConstruct provides global platform technology and API infrastructure.
Tiago Almeida leads Oddsgate as CEO. Mikayel Sarukhanyan serves as CBO at BetConstruct. The two companies revealed the deal during industry panels and business meetings. Other attendees included regulators and related sector participants.
Why Brazil Needs Localised Platform Solutions
Brazil’s regulated iGaming market requires specific technical capabilities. Operators can’t just use global platforms without local adjustments.
Payment systems, language support and compliance automation all need Brazilian market adaptation. PIX has become the dominant payment method in the country. Portuguese localisation matters for customer support and player interfaces.
Regulatory requirements change frequently. That makes automated compliance tools valuable for staying current. Many global providers struggle with these local requirements, they don’t have staff who speak Portuguese or understand Brazilian regulations deeply.
What This Partnership Delivers to Operators
BetConstruct’s APIs will integrate directly into Oddsgate’s platform. This technical connection should speed up delivery and customisation.
Operators get access to PIX payments, Portuguese language support and automated compliance features. The partnership includes 24/7 support in Portuguese. Development cycles will run faster than before.
Sarukhanyan said the deal represents “our strategic commitment to Brazil, combining BetConstruct’s global technological expertise with Oddsgate’s local knowledge.” He added they’ll provide “reliability, innovation and efficiency that are already recognised worldwide.”
Almeida called it “a transformative step” for Oddsgate. He noted the partnership lets them offer “the most complete platform in the sector” while keeping “the personalisation, proximity and regulatory knowledge that define our leadership in the Brazilian market.”
How This Changes Operator Options
Brazilian operators now have a combined solution instead of choosing between global tech or local expertise. They don’t need to integrate multiple vendors separately. The faster development cycles could help operators launch new features more quickly.
Automated compliance might reduce the staff time needed for regulatory updates. And operators can use global solutions adapted specifically for Brazilian market conditions.
BetConstruct already partnered with Fast Track earlier this year to bring CRM solutions to the LATAM iGaming market. This Oddsgate deal expands their Brazilian presence further. Other technology providers might respond with similar local partnerships.
