Future Anthem has secured a license in New Jersey. The London-based AI and data science company can now offer its services to operators in the US state.
The licence allows New Jersey operators to use Amplifier AI. This is Future Anthem’s personalisation product for gambling companies.
PlayStar has signed up to use the technology. The New Jersey online casino will access Amplifier AI through Future Anthem’s existing integration with Gaming Innovation Group.
GiG handles the technical connection between Future Anthem and PlayStar.
The license is part of Future Anthem’s North American expansion. The company has been working to enter US regulated markets.
New Jersey requires companies to hold licences before offering services to local operators. Future Anthem needed this approval to work with gambling companies in the state.
The licensing allows Future Anthem to market directly to New Jersey operators. Previously, the company couldn’t offer services in the state.
Other technology companies have also pursued licenses in regulated US states.
Amplifier AI provides personalisation modules for gambling operators. The system uses machine learning to analyse player behaviour.
The product offers modules that operators can deploy on their platforms. The technology tracks player actions and adjusts recommendations.
Future Anthem processes transactional data using AWS and Databricks technologies. The system analyses player behaviour patterns in real-time.
The AI technology customises game recommendations and offers based on individual player data.
The New Jersey licence allows Future Anthem to approach operators directly in the state. The company can now pitch its technology to local gambling companies.
Leigh Nissim, CEO at Future Anthem, said securing the license “marks a key step forward as we bring Amplifier AI to one of the most dynamic markets in the US.” He stated they’re “proud to support innovative brands like PlayStar with real-time personalisation.”
The licensing expands Future Anthem’s potential client base into American markets. The company previously worked with operators including BCLC, Evoke, Buzz Bingo, and Betsson.
Future Anthem won Data & AI Partner of the Year at the EGR B2B Awards. The company was selected for the Tech Nation Applied AI 3.0 Growth Programme.
The New Jersey approval gives Future Anthem regulatory clearance to operate in the state. Other US states have different licensing requirements for technology suppliers.
PlayStar becomes the first New Jersey operator to use Amplifier AI under the new licensing arrangement.
Prior to this implementation of Amplifier AI, the technology was rolled out across GIG’s operator network back in July 204. The initial deployments included churn prevention tools for casino verticals.
GiG has recently secured deals in the UK and Ontario, and with this latest integration with Future Anthem, GiG plans to scale AI applications within regulated gaming environments.
